1. Acceptance
By accessing this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These Terms govern use of the website only; paid services are governed by a separately signed statement of work (SOW) or master services agreement (MSA), which prevails over these Terms for that engagement.
2. Website Use
This website provides general information and does not create a client relationship, warranty, or emergency-response obligation by itself. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site without notice.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: probe, scan, or attack the site or attempt to bypass its security; scrape or harvest content or personal data at scale; reverse engineer the site except as permitted by law; impersonate others or submit false information through our forms; or use the site to violate any law. Good-faith security testing is welcomed only under our Responsible Disclosure policy.
4. Intellectual Property
The Arcitix name, logo, site content, and design are owned by Arcitix or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to the site; you may not copy, republish, or create derivative works from substantial portions without our written permission.
5. No Guarantee & "As Is"
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI security work reduces risk but cannot eliminate it; no guardrail or model defense is perfect. Service-level commitments exist only where defined in a signed SOW/MSA.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arcitix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Liability arising from a paid engagement is governed by the cap in the relevant SOW/MSA.
7. Third-Party Links
The site may link to third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability, and links do not imply endorsement.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Arcitix harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
Unless required otherwise by mandatory local law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Arcitix is registered (see our Legal Notice), and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Consumers retain any mandatory rights under their local law.
10. Severability & Changes
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
